Shipping and Delivery Policy

  1. We will dispatch your product from our warehouse within 2-3 working days (Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays).
  2. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you within 8-10 days of dispatch. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes, force majeure amongst others .
  3. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped.
  4. As soon as your package ships, you will get your package tracking information on your mobile and/or email.
