  1. The drawing competition is open to children living in India in the aged between 6-15 years old.
  2. The competition is divided in 2 age groups (6-10,11-15 years).
  3. You can participate in the competition by sending your entries to us via WhatsApp, filling a form on our website or our social media.
  4. When submitting your competition entry, you must provide the child's name & age and the name and contact telephone number of their parent or legal guardian. We will only use this information in relation to the competition (including checking your eligibility to enter it) and will not use it for any other purposes whatsoever. We will not keep this information for longer than is necessary for the operation of the Competition.
  5. Each participating child may only send one entry per topic to the Competition. If you send multiple entries for a topic, we will consider only one for each topic.
  6. We must receive your entry to the Competition by 11:59 pm on 12th of August’ 2020. (Update: Submission date extended to 16th August, 2020)
  7. Employees or agents of BestP Sales LLP, its group companies or their family members may not enter the Competition.
  8. The winning entries (one winner and two runners up) for the Competition for both age groups will be chosen from the complete and valid entries that  are considered to be the most interesting, creative and original.
  1. Winners will be decided on or before 15th August, 2020 and results will be announced on our website as well as social media. The decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. (Update: Result announcement date extended to 21st August, 2020)
  1. The winning entries will be published on Bestprice.co.in web site and social media on or after announcement of results or (if we need to delay the publication for any reason) at a later date.
  2. You own the copyright to your Competition entry as its author.
  3. By submitting an entry to the Competition, You give us: a. Permission for your entry to be published and grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to republish your Competition entry in electronic format and hard copy for purposes connected with the Competition; and b. The right to use your name, age and town or city of residence for the sole purpose of identifying You as the author of your entry.
  1. Sending in an entry to the Competition means that You accept these Terms and Conditions, which are the rules of the Competition. You should check with your parent or guardian that they are happy for You to enter the Competition based on these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The winner in each age group will receive a Gift Hamper as the Winning Prize. Two runners up will each receive hampers or gift coupons from BestPrice.co.in
  3. The parents or guardians of the winner and the two runners up will be notified by telephone or written communication.
  4. The prizes will be dispatched to the winner and the two runners up within a week of announcement of the results.
  5. The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred and cannot be redeemed by for cash or any other prizes.
  6. We will substitute the prizes with other prizes of similar value in the event that the original prizes offered are not available.
  1. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  2. Decision taken by BestP Sales LLP, its management and its officials will be final and binding. Any disputes whatsoever will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
