Return Policy
If you want to return the product, the return request must be commenced within 7 days from the time of delivery. After 7 days, NO Return request would be accepted regardless of the reasons.
The return will be processed if:
- Our team finds a valid reason for the return request.
- The product is unused and in the same condition that you received in.
- The product is returned in the original condition (with all the accessories in it being intact).
- The product is received in damaged condition.
Some products are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines come under the Non-returnable category.
Items being sold at a discount rate more than 40% come under the Non-returnable category.
Healthcare/hygiene/consumables/hazardous products come under the non-returnable category. However, in unlikely conditions, if the item delivered to you is already in damaged condition, we assure you the replacement or refund of that item, whichever is applicable.
To complete your return request we will need your bill/receipt of the item.
Note: DO NOT send the product directly to the manufacturers!
In special cases, partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- The item is partially damaged or some parts of the item are missing.
- The item is not in its original condition.
- Return application is made beyond the period of return application.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive the item we will notify you via email/mobile about the same.
- After carefully inspecting the item, our team would notify you of the approval of the refund.
- If your request gets approved, the refund would be processed, and the amount will be credited to the account from which the item was ordered within 7 business days.
If, after the committed period, the refunds are still not credited kindly recheck your bank account.
If the problem persists, contact your credit card company, in many cases, it takes time for the refund to be officially posted into your passbook.

Shipping of Return/Replacement
To return the item, you will need to mail the item to the warehouse address, which is mentioned on the packaging.
BestPrice.co.in will bear the cost of the return, only when the item has arrived in damaged condition.
Depending on your location, the delivery time of the replacement may vary.
How do I cancel an order?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, it needs to be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at support@bestprice.co.in with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
